At ProMobile Tires, we back every service with our Workmanship Guarantee, and we offer an optional Road Hazard Warranty for extra protection on the road.


Workmanship Guarantee — Included with Every Service

We guarantee the quality of our work — period. If something wasn’t done right, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered:

  • Tire installation errors
  • Balancing issues
  • Valve stem leaks or defects
  • TPMS reset issues related to our service

Coverage Term:

  • 12 months or 12,000 miles — whichever comes first

ProMobile Protection — Road Hazard Coverage Plans Available

Tire damage happens. ProMobile Protection keeps you covered.

What’s Covered:

  • Damage from road hazards like nails, potholes, glass, and debris.
  • Free tire repairs (if safe to do so).
  • If the tire can’t be safely repaired, we’ll provide a credit toward a replacement tire, up to the amount you originally paid.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from accidents, collisions, vandalism, or curb impact
  • Worn tires with less than 3/32″ tread remaining
  • Mechanical issues, misalignment, or improper tire care
  • Cosmetic damage or pre-existing issues
  • Commercial use (unless purchased under fleet coverage)

How It Works:

  1. Contact us and we’ll come out to assess the damage.
  2. If repairable, we fix it on-site free of charge.
  3. If not repairable, we’ll replace the tire and apply your original purchase price as a credit.
  4. You can purchase new protection for the new tire at that time.

Coverage Term:

  • 3 years from purchase OR until one (1) replacement claim is used — whichever comes first.
  • Valid only for the original buyer and vehicle. Not transferable.
